By joining the FolliCel Partner & Creator Program, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, the FolliCel Partner & Creator Talking Sheet below, and all current program guidelines provided by Core Beyond Naturals.

Participation in the program allows approved partners and creators to promote FolliCel and earn commissions on qualifying purchases. Core Beyond Naturals may review, suspend, or terminate participation when these requirements are not followed.

This sheet is your guide for talking about FolliCel while staying compliant with FDA and FTC requirements for dietary supplements and advertising.

If you promote FolliCel through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, another marketplace, or any other platform, you must also follow that platform’s current rules.

What is FolliCel?

FolliCel is a comprehensive daily hair-support supplement designed to support the scalp, follicle, and strand at the same time.

It combines clinically studied botanicals, keratin-building amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant support to address multiple biological factors associated with healthy hair.

What You Must Not Say

Do not say or imply that FolliCel:

  • Stops hair loss
  • Regrows hair
  • Reverses thinning
  • Blocks DHT
  • Prevents shedding
  • Treats alopecia
  • Treats PCOS-related hair loss
  • Prevents GLP-1-related hair loss
  • Works like minoxidil or finasteride
  • Replaces prescription medication
  • Guarantees any specific result

Be honest. Be specific. Share your experience. Do not diagnose or promise results.

Affiliate Disclosure

Whenever you promote FolliCel and may earn a commission, you must clearly disclose that relationship.

The disclosure should be easy to notice and placed close to the recommendation or link.

Examples:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

“FolliCel affiliate link — I may earn a commission.”

Partner Program Terms

1. Program Participation

You may promote FolliCel using your approved referral link, referral code, coupon code, social media, website, email, personal recommendations, or other approved channels.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for making sure your statements about FolliCel are accurate and compliant.

2. Compliance With the Talking Sheet Is Required

The FolliCel Partner & Creator Talking Sheet above is part of these Terms & Conditions.

By participating in the program, you agree to follow it.

You may not make claims that contradict it, expand beyond it, or imply that FolliCel diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease.

Repeated or serious violations may result in:

  • Removal of content
  • Suspension of commissions
  • Withholding of commissions connected to noncompliant activity
  • Suspension or termination of your affiliate account

Core Beyond Naturals may request changes to noncompliant content before allowing continued participation.

3. Commissions

Approved affiliates currently earn:

10% recurring commission on qualifying subscription purchases generated by customers they refer.

Commission rates may be changed by Core Beyond Naturals with notice.

A qualifying purchase must be:

  • Properly tracked or attributed to your account
  • Paid by the customer
  • Not canceled
  • Not refunded
  • Not fraudulent
  • Not a self-referral or other prohibited transaction

4. Affiliate Activity Requirement

To remain eligible for recurring commissions, you must generate at least one new qualifying customer referral sale during each 90-day period.

If you go 90 consecutive days without a new qualifying referral sale, your affiliate account will be considered inactive and recurring commissions on previously referred customers will stop.

If you later generate a new qualifying referral sale, commission eligibility may resume from that point forward.

Commissions are not paid retroactively for periods when your account was inactive.

5. Customer Discounts

Customers referred through participating affiliates may receive:

  • Approximately 25% savings on subscription orders compared with the regular one-time purchase price
  • An additional 10% off their first qualifying order when using an eligible affiliate referral code

Discounts, pricing, subscription terms, and promotional offers may change.

6. Self-Purchases

You may not earn affiliate commissions on your own purchases or purchases made primarily for your benefit.

You may not create additional accounts, use another person’s account, or otherwise attempt to generate commission on your own purchases.

Any separate affiliate product benefit or personal-use discount offered by Core Beyond Naturals is governed by its own terms and does not generate affiliate commission.

7. Coupon and Referral Code Use

Your affiliate code is intended to help identify customers you refer.

You may share your code with your own audience, clients, customers, friends, family, or community.

You may not:

  • Post your code to coupon aggregation sites
  • Submit it to deal directories primarily designed to intercept existing customers
  • Misrepresent the code as an official company-wide promotion
  • Create fake or misleading discount claims
  • Encourage fraudulent or self-referral purchases

8. Paid Advertising

You may not run paid search advertising using:

  • FolliCel
  • Core Beyond Naturals
  • Misspellings or variations of those brand names

without prior written approval.

You may not present yourself as Core Beyond Naturals, FolliCel, or an official company account.

9. Brand Use

You may use FolliCel logos, product images, approved marketing materials, and other provided assets only for promoting FolliCel as part of the program.

You may not:

  • Alter company trademarks in a misleading way
  • Register domains or social media accounts containing FolliCel or Core Beyond Naturals trademarks without written permission
  • Imply that you own, operate, represent, or are employed by Core Beyond Naturals

Your participation does not create an employment, franchise, agency, or partnership relationship.

10. Your Content and Conduct

You are responsible for everything you publish in connection with FolliCel.

Your content must not:

  • Be false or misleading
  • Violate another person’s intellectual-property rights
  • Contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or deceptive material
  • Misrepresent scientific evidence
  • Use fabricated testimonials or results
  • Use altered before-and-after images in a misleading way
  • Promise results that cannot be guaranteed

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Commission is earned only on qualifying purchases.

If an order is canceled, refunded, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes non-qualifying, the associated commission may be canceled or deducted from future commissions.

12. Payment

Commissions are paid according to the payment schedule shown in your affiliate account.

The current minimum payout is $30.

Balances below the minimum carry forward until the payout threshold is reached.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when required.

13. Monitoring and Enforcement

Core Beyond Naturals may review public content, referral activity, sales activity, and other program participation to confirm compliance.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests to review or correct promotional content.

14. Suspension and Termination

Core Beyond Naturals may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for reasons including:

  • False or misleading claims
  • Violation of the Talking Sheet
  • Failure to make required affiliate disclosures
  • Fraud
  • Self-referrals
  • Coupon abuse
  • Trademark misuse
  • Unauthorized advertising
  • Platform-policy violations
  • Conduct that may materially harm Core Beyond Naturals or FolliCel

Either party may end participation in the program at any time.

Upon termination, you must stop representing yourself as a FolliCel affiliate and discontinue use of affiliate-only materials and links where requested.

15. Changes to the Program

Core Beyond Naturals may modify:

  • Commission rates
  • Discounts
  • Payout requirements
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Program policies
  • Promotional guidelines
  • These Terms & Conditions

Changes may be communicated through the affiliate portal, website, or email.

Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the program does not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Commissions
  • Traffic
  • Income
  • Continued customer subscriptions

Your earnings depend on qualifying customer purchases attributed to your affiliate account.

17. Acceptance

By applying to, joining, or continuing to participate in the FolliCel Partner & Creator Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to:

  • The FolliCel Partner & Creator Talking Sheet
  • Applicable FTC and FDA requirements
  • Applicable platform rules
  • Current Core Beyond Naturals affiliate program policies

Failure to follow these requirements may result in suspension or termination of your participation and loss of eligibility for commissions associated with noncompliant activity.
